D/Force Stealth Speed Training Sled

An outdoor and indoor Speed Training Sled

The best results occur when training duplicates the neuromuscular action of sprinting.

Speed Wins! Significantly developing an athlete's speed requires increasing their stride rate and stride distance. Appropriate speed weight training, sprinting against resistance, over speed training, accurate measurable pre and post training measurements, and teaching proper sprinting form and technique will produce optimum results.

Repeated sprinting/running on a flat surface is conditioning with limited increases in speed. The five elements of speed training listed above must be incorporated appropriately. Athlete's will be "juiced" with their increases in performance measurements.

Why use speed training sleds only outdoors? The D/Force Stealth Speed Training Sled can be designed for indoor use. You can select the carpeted sled and train through the year. Weather has been taken out of the equation!
