I compete in football and track and field. In middle school I suffered a severe leg injury in track and was diagnosed with an upper hamstring injury. The injury continued to reoccur during the summer baseball season. After consultation with chiropractors and medical doctors, my parents contacted Coach Woods and he suggested the upper hamstring injury may be secondary to a structural hip/pelvic imbalance.

I consulted with his sports physical therapist and was diagnosed with a pelvic tilt that was causing the hamstring injury to reoccur. I was fitted with a Protonics leg brace, and began rehabbing and training with Coach Woods. After four weeks, the injury was heeled and I participated in fall two-a-day football practices without further hamstring problems.

As a 5’6”, 140 pound running back, during my Junior and Senior years, I gained over 2000 yards rushing (5.1 yds per carry), scored 26 touchdowns, returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and was named second team All-League. Coach Woods says, “pound for pound”, I am the toughest, most talented football player he has ever trained.
