I trained with Coach Woods for two eight week summer training cycles. I wanted to get faster. My initial composite time for the 40 yd dash [3-40 yd times, with the two best times divided for the recorded time] was 4.65.
After two eight week summer training cycles with Coach Woods, I returned for my second year of Junior College football with a composite 40 yd dash time of 4.38.
Following that season, my Junior College Team was ranked 3rd in the nation and I was named an All-American on the National Junior College Athletic Association football team. I have trained with Coach using the Dynamic Force Speed Training methods. His ultimate power repetition/set is insane! I now compete with a NCAA D-11 football team and, for the last two years, was recognized as an Honorable Mention All-American.
